Admission will be granted in grades Pre- KG to XI
Steps to Complete the Admission Process Pragati
- Step 1: Complete the online application form available on our website.
- Step 2: Visit the office and collect the application . Submit all required documents (listed below).
- Step 3: Schedule and attend an admission interview or assessment, if applicable.
- Step 5: Upon receiving admission confirmation, complete the enrollment formalities, including fee payment and document verification
Documents Required at the Time of Admission – Pragati
- Admission Brochure & Form: Parents must fill and sign the Admission Brochure, which includes school policies, facilities, and fees.
- Academic Records: Submit the Report Card from the last school
- Identity & Verification Documents: Provide a copy of the Birth Certificate, Copy of the Adhar card (original required for verification) and four recent passport-size photographs.
- Transfer & Conduct Certificates: Submit the School Leaving Certificate (Original) / Transfer Certificate (for students joining from Grade 2 onwards) and a Conduct Certificate (for Grade 11 students).
- Additional Certifications: Copies of any other relevant certificates (optional).
- Document Verification: All original documents must be presented at the time of admission for verification.
- Fee Payment: Ensure completion of the admission fee payment as per the school’s guidelines.

The fee covers tuition, extracurricular activities, and essential facilities provided by the school. To make fee payments convenient for parents, we offer multiple payment options. Parents can make direct payments via bank transfer to our official account or use our secure online payment portal. Cheques can also be deposited at the school’s front office.

Pragati Vidyadaan Scholarship
The Vidyadaan Scholarship is constituted by Pragati Academy and The Raja Raja Varma Foundation of Kowdiar Palace under the esteemed supervision of our Patron, Princess Aswathy Thirunal Gauri Lakshmi Bayi of Kowdiar Palace. This scholarship reflects our commitment to social responsibility, ensuring that meritorious and deserving students receive the opportunity to excel. Phase I from 2016 to 2023 Phase 2 – from 2024 onwards.
The Pragati Vidyadaan Scholarship Scheme is awarded to students based on academic performance and extracurricular excellence, evaluated against specific criteria. It is specifically designed for economically deserving candidates, and applicants must provide supporting documents to substantiate their financial need.
Academic Proficiency Scholarship
The Academic Proficiency Scholarship at Pragati Academy recognizes and rewards students who demonstrate outstanding academic excellence. This scholarship is awarded based on consistent high performance in academics, evaluated through school assessments and other academic achievements.

General Scholarship
